Order Processing

All orders are processed after final design approval, sample approval (if applicable), and receipt of the agreed advance payment. As all products are custom-manufactured according to customer specifications, production and delivery schedules are planned based on order requirements, customization needs, and production capacity.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet committed delivery dates, timelines may vary due to order complexity, material availability, transportation delays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping & Transportation

Orders are dispatched through trusted logistics partners or transport services selected based on the delivery location and shipment size. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned in the quotation or invoice.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be borne by the customer.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect all shipments upon receipt. Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with relevant photographs and supporting documentation.

Risk & Ownership

Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer upon successful delivery at the specified destination. Transit insurance, if required, should be requested at the time of order placement and may be subject to additional charges.
